School Admission Criteria

Any child who can understand Japanese (the minimum criteria being the ability to converse in Japanese with the teacher), and desires academic ability equivalent for each grade is eligible. The age range of the students at the School is 5 to 18. Students are placed in the year appropriate to their age, based on Japanese standards, but may be placed in a lower year. Students enrolling at the School must have turned 5 on or before April 1 of the year of enrolment. A child seeking admission may be put on a waiting list if the relevant class is full. The School will contact the parents/guardians of the children on the waiting list as vacancies become available.

School Fee

Kindergarten to Year 9: $160 per student per term
High School: $250 per student per term

Class Structure

In principle, each class has a maximum capacity of 20 students. For the 2026 school year, there are a total of 19 classes: two classes each for Kindergarten, Years 1 to 7, and one class each for Years 8 and 9 and the High School class.

Saturdays from 8:55 am to 11:50 am.
